- Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of your purchase price. The return must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product. It must be in new condition, and not modified or altered in any manner. Canes that have be shortened, or modified in any way are not allowable returns. We issue credits to the credit card used at time of purchase. We do not credit any shipping charges. We do not offer cash refunds.
After 30 days returns are not allowed.
To return your purchase, please call 888-478-2263 or click here to complete a contact us form to email email@example.com. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the original packing slip and include it in the carton with the returned product.

- Shipping Policy
The House of Canes ships orders Mondays-Friday. Orders submitted to us on Saturday/Sunday and National Holidays are shipped on the next business day.
In the unlikely event we are out of stock on the item you order you will be advised when the item is expected to be available and be offered the option of placing the item on backorder to be shipped on its arrival in our warehouse. We only charge your credit card at time of shipment.
We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS. If you have a preferred carrier please tell us when you place your order. We will bill your credit card at time of shipment for your merchandise and freight charges as calculated by the carrier will be added. We do not offer discounts or refunds for freight charges.
House of Canes is not responsible for packages left at the recipients’ address. You can request a “signature required” delivery at an additional charge.
House of Canes is not responsible for delivery delays related to weather, labor actions or other events beyond our control. House of Canes does not accept 3rd party accounts for freight charges.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and any other charges in their home countries. We do not ship international packages as “gifts” only as merchandise. We strongly suggest you add insurance to your purchase, as House of Canes is not responsible for loss of packages or damages caused bythe carrier in transit.
All of our products are covered with by a 6-month warranty against manufactures defects from the date of original purchase. We do not offer a warranty on products that have been mis-used, dropped, or other wise not used as intended or canes that have been modified at the customers request by us at our factory.
To return your product, please call 888-478-2263 or click here to complete a contact us form to email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Include a brief reason for the return on the inside of the carton including the RMA number.
We will inspect your return to determine eligibility for replacement. If the item has a manufacturers defect it will be replaced at no charge. These replacements are solely at our discretion. If the item is determined to have been miss-used it will not be replaced and will be returned to you.
We suggest you insure your return and send it via a carrier that offers package tracking. We are not liable for packages not received by us.
