We do ship Internationally! During the checkout process you will be directed to a Shipping Charges page and all choices (FedEX, UPS, USPS) will include shipping cost to your country. Please NOTE that these shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE customs or brokerage fees that may be charged in the country of delivery!
If you have not indicated a preferred method of shipping, we will use the fastest, least expensive method of shipping at our disposal to your choice of delivery address.
You will be told what your shipping costs will be for your order during the ordering process, if at that point (shipping choices & costs) you no longer which to continue the ordering process simply change the quantity to 0 in your shopping cart and then update it to nullify the order.
An insurance charge is included in the basic cost for both UPS and USPS Priority mail. So that if the package is lost or damaged in transit we can replace or refund the cost of the item without you having to do anything except call or e-mail us.
We need to know before 11am Monday thru Friday if you need Fedex Next Day Delivery.
Every effort is made to address packages correctly. After the package is shipped if you need to alter the shipping address the services will levy a $10.00 fee for that service.
We ship not later than 2 business days after receipt of your order.
Because UPS charges both a brokers fee and Canadian customs duty as a COD cost to the recipient we have chosen not to offer UPS standard service to Canada instead we suggest the US Mail airmail parcel post.
Returns for exchange or refund are possible as long as the cane has not been shortened (at your request) to less than 33": does NOT have initials, and is in good condition.
When a cane is returned for reasons other than our error the shipping cost is not refunded. Credit is made by the method you paid so credit cards will be issued a credit and checks will be issued a refund check. We refund upon receipt of the item at our facility less a 10% restocking fee if you have not given an explanation of why you have returned the item.
